RETURNS:
Eligibility:
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date for items in their original condition, unworn, and with the dust bag and tags intact.
Return Shipping:
As the recipient, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to our warehouse in Lebanon. We exclusively accept returns via DHL. Ship your returns to the address provided by us on email.
Return Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its original condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed.
