About the Founder
Founded by Liana Haddad, a 24-year-old American Lebanese citizen, raised in Boston
Jolia was founded with a deep love for the Middle East and a desire to contribute to the region's economic growth. The 24 year old founder, driven by the passion for handmade pieces, recognized the challenges faced by local artisans due to the economic circumstances in the Middle East. Determined to make a difference with her masters degree, she started "Jolia" to connect with these talented artisans and create timeless handmade designs that could be shared with the world. The founder's vision is to build an organic community that highlights the creativity and talent of Middle Eastern artisans, despite the current economic challenges faced by the region.
